Packaging, Shipping and Refunds

Packing and Shipping: Your new painting or print will ship in an appropriate package or crate after payment is received. I prepare my art work for shipping following traditional guidelines for handling, packaging and shipping art work. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

DO YOU LIVE IN EUROPE? If so, you can choose to pick up your artwork for free during check out. I also offer for a small fee, personal delivery at check-out for customers living within 350km from Ieper, BE (Only for original artwork, not prints).

Damaged Packages: If, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, I will refund your purchase. In the case of prints, I will reprint it. To initiate a refund or reprint, e-mail: photographs of the package damage; photographs of the art work damage; and any other relevant information or documents (ie. a note from the shipping provider).

Expectations: If, in the unlikely event your delivered artwork or print is: something other than you had expected; or if it doesn't look or fit as well into it's intended location; or if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase; I will refund the purchase after I have received the artwork back in my studio undamaged and the customer agrees to cover the cost of the return shipping.

Framing: Many of my artworks are pictured in gallery frames. I have a number of simple frames I use for exhibitions. However, pricing does not include framing. The art work will be shipped without a frame. In some exceptions the frame is built-in or part of the art work. Feel free to ask me for clarification before you purchase an art work.
